Our Shop is located in Long Beach, CA. Fresh Flowers can be delivered directly to your home or office in select Southern California communities. Our delivery area extends as far north as Santa Monica and Pasadena, as far west as Irvine and as far south as Laguna Beach. Within the city of Long Beach the delivery charge is $10. We charge a delivery fee of $15 for delivery to cities within our delivery area but outside Long Beach. See the table below for a list of the zip codes in our delivery area. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You can specify the day of the week that you would like the flowers of your choice to be delivered. You can specify the day of delivery by clicking “Delivery Day” on the Shopping Cart or Check Out Page. Select the day that you would like your order delivered from the available dates shown on the calendar . If you don’t specify a custom delivery date, we will deliver your flowers on the next available delivery date. The delivery date is shown in the Delivery Date box on both the Cart and the Checkout Page. Deliveries are normally available from Monday to Sunday. For special delivery requests, please call us at (562) 386-2502 Deliveries are normally made between 8 am and 8 pm. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly. We reserve the right to deliver between 7 am and 9 pm during busy periods. We will make every effort to deliver on the day that you specify, but due to the impact of COVID-19 deliveries may be delayed.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If the delivery location is a business or other location where the recipient will only be there during certain hours please be sure to include the hours in the delivery notes.
If no-one is available to receive the delivery, we will follow any delivery instructions provided. We will leave the order securely at your location if available. If you are not available, we may leave your order with a neighbor and leave a delivery card stating the item’s location. In the event that we are unable to leave the order securely, we may return the item(s) to our local office. In this case, we will leave a delivery card giving the recipient the option to call to reschedule delivery.

To ensure the highest likelihood of delivery success, please ensure that you provide as much information regarding the location and the time availability of the recipient as possible within the delivery instructions, including department name, floor number, telephone number, hours, etc.
We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer beyond the cost of the arrangement due to failed deliveries.
In rare circumstances, we may not be able to deliver an order. This may be due to a problem with the delivery vehicle. We ensure that these occurrences are minimized, but in the event that we are unable to deliver the order owing to circumstances that are within our control, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to arrange a redelivery or refund the original purchase price. We reserve the right to provide additional compensation in the form of a discount off a future purchase from MyFreshFlowerDelivery.com.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address, telephone number and/or other instructions you provide at the time of order placement, if the delivery was refused by the recipient or the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided. We will be unable to call the recipient prior to delivery. We will do our best, but do not guarantee to be able to follow all delivery instructions. If we have a delivery problem and cannot reach the recipient, we may call you and ask for your assistance in finding the recipient and/or instruction on how to proceed. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached.Please ensure that someone is there to accept the order. If the a delivery location is house or apartment, and it is likely that no one will be at home, please provide some delivery instructions such as “If no one is at home, please leave on the front porch.” We will leave with a neighbor is you provide instructions on where to leave it. Please coordinate with the neighbor in advance to ensure that they will be available and are willing to accept it for them. For a business, hospital or other facility with a controlled access, please provide a telephone number and instructions on where to leave the arrangement in the event the recipient cannot be reached. For example, “Please leave with security guard if the recipient is not available to accept the arrangement.
To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. If possible, please provide additional delivery instructions including telephone number to help the delivery driver to find the recipient’s address.
Business address delivery issues
If you wish to order flowers for delivery to a business address, we recommend that you include the hours the the office is open and a contact person & telephone number in the order notes.
In the event that our delivery fails owing to the recipient not being available, or the business being closed, we will not accept any liability for the non-delivery. and reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge for any subsequent redelivery. If you decide to cancel the order instead of arranging a redelivery, we cannot provide a refund.
Hospital-specific delivery issues
Deliveries to hospitals are facilitated by supplying complete names and current room numbers and a telephone number if available.
